one、申请办理食品流通许可证的条件：

two、注册食品公司经营范围：

1. prepackaged food、bulk food(不含现制现售)sales、食品储运以及仓储；
2. prepackaged food(不含熟食卤味、Frozen and refrigerated)、drinks、clothing、cosmetic、饰品、工艺礼品的批发、import and export、佣.金代理(Except auction)，提供相关的配套服务及商务信息咨询。

three、注册食品公司材料清单：

1. 食品流通许可申请书；
2. "Name Pre-Approval Notice" or copy of business license；
3. 与食品经营相适应的经营场所使用证明以及经营场所的具体方位图；
4. 负责人及食品安全管理人员的身份证明；有食品安全技术人员的，还需提供技术人员身份证明；
5. Business equipment suitable for food business、Tool list；食品经营设备、工具指食品货架、食品容器、收获工具、散装食品包装材料等。

Process

：

1. 核名核名不收费，核名时间需要5个工作日，但是如果在各区工商局行政管理局核省名需要5到7个工作日；
2. 设立登记企业设立登记不收费，设立时间需要5个工作日，准备相应材料去政务中心核名即可；
3. 刻章拿到工商营业执照后就可以去刻章了，刻章比较简单，只需要营业执照副本的复印件和法人身份证复印件。

印章共有五枚：official seal、Corporate emblem、financial chapter、Invoice stamp、合同章（前三枚必刻）。

1. 办理银行基本账户选择银行开户，银行开设基本账户一般需要10到30个工作日。
