如何办理食品流通许可证

详细介绍食品经营许可证据《食品安全法》和国家工商总局的有关规定，工商部门负责《食品经营许可证》的发放，凡从事食品流通经营活动，都应到工商部门申领《食品经营许可证》，不需再到卫生部门办理《食品卫生许可证》。
