企业征信设立
Require
：(one)business license;(two)Equity structure、组织机构说明;(three)Business scope、business rules、业务系统的基本情况;(Four)信息安全和风险防范措施。
第三十六条未经国务院征信业监督管理部门批准，擅自设立经营个人征信业务的征信机构或者从事个人征信业务活动的，由国务院征信业监督管理部门予以取缔，Confiscation of illegal gains，并处5万元以上50万元以下的罚款;constituting a crime，Pursuing criminal liability in accordance with the law。
第三十七条经营个人征信业务的征信机构违反本条例第九条规定的，由国务院征信业监督管理部门责令限期改正，对单位处2万元以上20万元以下的罚款;对直接负责的主管人员和其他直接责任人员给予警告，A fine of not more than RMB 10,000 shall be imposed。
经营企业征信业务的征信机构未按照本条例第十条规定办理备案的，由其所在地的国务院征信业监督管理部门派出机构责令限期改正;Failure to correct within the time limit，Punished in accordance with the provisions of the preceding paragraph。
