2、呼叫中心业务包括国内呼叫中心业务和离岸呼叫中心业务。 3、国内呼叫中心业务是指通过在境内设立呼叫中心平台，为境内外单位提供的、主要面向国内用户的呼叫中心业务。 4、国内呼叫中心业务还包括呼叫中心系统和话务员座席的出租服务。
