Application conditions
:Enterprises and individuals with strong economic strength。Have two or more non-sole proprietorships investing and holding more than 51% of the shares of the pawn shop。The business period of the enterprise participating in capital contribution and shareholding is more than three years.,Profit in the past two years,The amount of capital contribution shall not exceed 50% of one's own net assets。Funded by natural persons,Proof of no intentional criminal record from the place of residence should be provided。
The business premises should be a street-facing shop,The lease term of a lease should be more than 3 years。Should have professional evaluators and managers。注册注册资金3000万以上.限制:典当行经营企业是国家重点控制的行业。全国各地对典当行审批都有数量限制。申请的企业及自然人必需是中国境内的纯内资企业及中国公民。典当行成立后,2年内不得进行股权变更。
