? one、融资租赁公司设立条件《中华人民共和国公司法》第四十七条：分公司的登记事项包括：name、business place、person in charge、Business scope。分公司的名称应当符合国家有关规定。

分公司的经营范围不得超出公司的经营范围。第四十八条：公司设立分公司的，应当自决定作出之日起30日内向分公司所在地的公司登记机关申请登记；law、行政法规或者国务院决定规定必须报经有关部门批准的，应当自批准之日起30日内向公司登记机关申请登记。

”在总公司所在地以外的地点成立分公司的，按照税种的不同，对该税种的征收方式、征收地点也有所不同。如对于增值税来说，则应当由总公司和分公司公别向各自所在地的主管税务机关申报纳税。《中华人民共和国增值税暂行条例》第二十二条：“增值税纳税地点：（一）固定业户应当向其机构所在地主管税务机关申报纳税。
