融资租赁公司新增注册 在融资租赁公司新增注册需求如此高的今天，毫无异议一线城市对于融资租赁行业的投资方的吸引力是非常大的。结合数据，上海深圳地区2025年1-4月份，新增注册量仅有45家，数据充分说明北上深三城对于融资租赁公司的审核政策收缩得非常紧。

广州辖区内，我们重点关注的是广州南沙，作为广东自贸区的南沙片区，目前主管外商融资租赁/商业保理行业公司准入的南沙自贸区管委会（以前是广东省商委部门，现审批权限已下放地方）。

广州南沙融资租赁公司注册条件：

1. 由境外存续满18个月的公司（通常选用香港公司）作为主发起方（如没有，华商可提供）；
2. 符合外商投资备案准入

我们主要以准入成本、行业政策方面来做个简单比较。

Beijing、Shanghai and two places，无论是新设难度，还是收购市面上现成的融资租赁公司，其成本预算投入都是非常高的，收购参考价格：50-70RMB 10,000； Shenzhen area，新设难度也很高，直接收购的成本预算参考：15-20RMB 10,000；It should be pointed out that，Beijing、Shanghai、深圳三地对于融资租赁公司的扶持政策，并没有特别值得关注的利好。
