。 全网SP业务，The following conditions should be met：
- The company's registered capital is 10 million yuan。
- 公司注册资金不要为技术入资，或其它入资形势。
- The company's business address must not be different from its registered address。
- 还有就是您所申请的SP公司属于国内的内资公司，如有法人股在其中，而法人股有外资背景不建议申请。
- 公司必须为10位以上技术人员，签定劳动合同，上齐社会保险。
- 公司有相关技术人员，且技术人员至少10人以上。
- 广电背景公司建议不要申请。
地网SP业务，The following conditions should be met：
- 公司注册资本最低限额为100万元人民币;
- The operator is a company established according to law;
- Have the reputation or ability to provide long-term services to users;
- Have funds and professionals suitable for carrying out business activities;
- Have necessary venues and facilities;
- 近三年内未发生过重大违法行为等;
- 有可行性研究报告和相关技术方案等。
