- 公司的经营范围需要满足条件：（例如包含以下这些经营范围） 受托资产管理（不得从事信托、金融资产、Securities asset management and other businesses)；投资管理（不含限制项目）。
- 注册资金需要实缴到位25%以上
- 法定代表人需要通过基金从业资格考试
- 至少提供三位备案高管也通过基金从业资格考试（即一共至少要有4位高管通过考试，包含法人在内）
- 需要有实际的办公场地，并提供租赁合同 在横琴新区设立的股权投资基金管理企业，From the date of completion of industrial and commercial registration，缴纳的营业税横琴新区留存部分，前两年全部予以返还；Since profit year，其缴纳的企业所得税，前两年全部予以返还。
记者近日了解到，横琴金融创新又有新动作，《珠海横琴新区鼓励股权投资基金企业及股权投资基金管理企业发展的试行办法》（下称“办法”）、《横琴新区促进股权投资基金业发展的实施意见》（简称“意见”）先后出台，明确了股权投资基金企业进驻横琴的具体优惠政策。新设立企业可享受“两免三减半”补贴政策。
即自企业工商营业执照注册完成之日起，前两年 企业所得税100%返还，后三年企业所得税 60%返还。
