此次筛查清理工作，商秘公司为加强住所托管管理，主要施行了三项措施：一是启用了官网的住所托管新系统，采集更加全面的住所托管企业信息，使企业可随时登录系统自主变更和确认联系信息。二是建立与托管企业定期联系机制，形成良好的互动。

三是启用新版《前海住所托管服务协议书》，强化协议主体双方履约的能力，明确双方权利与义务。四是实行托管企业地址、身份证明材料形式核实，Effectively resolve false registrations、Incorrect contact information, etc.。
