前海企业归巢享受贴补详情解析前海企业归巢享受贴补详情解析各相关企业：为便于企业进一步了解前海企业归巢行动计划与产业政策体系，助力归巢企业更好发展，增强企业获得感，我局定于2025年7月12日在前海合作区万科前海国际会议中心（特区馆）举办“四海归来·巢向前海——前海企业归巢政策宣讲暨招商推介活动”,全面介绍前海企业归巢行动计划，并针对近期出台的租金补贴政策，以及人才政策、总部企业政策等“2+3+6+N”产业政策体系进行全面解读。

补贴对象与基本条件，Subsidy objects are divided into leasehold units and property rights units.：

1. 承租单位

承租单位的经营地必须于前海，吸前海注册企业归巢；对产权单位补贴条件严格

Require

，以出租率、租金价格、递增率条件限制，以租金补贴鼓励产权单位积极响应归巢计划指导；除双方于租赁合同约定外，优先补贴承租单位，且两者不可同时获得补贴。

本次《办法》对承租单位的补贴对象一共分为3类，以下为各类承租单位补贴对象的详细补贴标准：(1)Key subsidy objects：2025settled in year，Annual subsidy up to 50% based on actual rent，No more than 5 million yuan；2025settled in year，Annual subsidy up to 40% based on actual rent，No more than 4 million yuan。
