内资公司变更经营范围

根据企业的发展需要，如需申请超出经营范围的项目，需要向当地工商管理部门申请增加经营范围，如果经营范围不在国家相关法律规定明令禁止或者需要另行报批申请经营许可的，都可向其申请，首先要确定经营范围及规范用语，有时工商管理部门会根据用语规范来修正经营项目，但整体的意义不变，即可经营。

提交申请材料目录：

1. "Company Change Registration Application" signed by the company's legal representative；
2. The "Certificate of Designated Representative or Jointly Authorized Agent" signed by the company and a copy of the designated representative or authorized agent's ID card (signed by the person) should indicate the specific entrustment matters.、Authorization of the delegate、Entrustment period；
