内资公司变更经营范围

根据企业的发展需要，如需申请超出经营范围的项目，需要向当地工商管理部门申请增加经营范围，如果经营范围不在国家相关法律规定明令禁止或者需要另行报批申请经营许可的，都可向其申请，首先要确定经营范围及规范用语，有时工商管理部门会根据用语规范来修正经营项目，但整体的意义不变，即可经营。

提交申请材料目录：

1. 公司法定代表人签署的《公司变更登记申请书》；
2. 公司签署的《指定代表或者共同委托代理人的证明》及指定代表或委托代理人的身份证复印件（本人签字）应标明具体委托事项、被委托人的权限、委托期限；
3. 公司章程修正案（公司法定代表人签署）；
4. 变更相关登记事项还需提交下列文件
5. 经营范围变更：law、行政法规和国务院决定规定经营范围必须报经批准的，提交有关的批准文件或者许可证书复印件； law、行政法规规定变更经营范围必须报经有关部门批准的，提交有关部门的批准文件。

深圳市市场监督管理局会在收集资料后3各工作日给与变更通知书，我们要在一个月内去变更国、地税务登记，如果超期变更会有罚款，国、地税会根据新增加的经营项目 调整纳税税种核定，下个月就要按时规定税种正常申报纳税。
