旅行社经营许可证申请具体条件详细流程旅行社分为两类：国际旅行社和国内旅行社，前者可经营入境游、出境游、边境游、国内游、代办入、出境手续;而后者只能经营国内游及与国内旅游相关业务。所以如果你是出国去美国旅游的话，选择的美国华人旅行社一定要是国际旅行社。

Application conditions

1. 符合旅游业务发展规划；
2. 符合旅游市场需要；
3. 有固定的营业场所；有必要的营业设施；有经培训并持有省、autonomous region、直辖市以上人民政府旅游行政管理部门颁发的资格证书的经营人员；
4. 旅社旅行社注册资本：international travel agency：不得少于150万元人民币；国内旅行社：不得少于30万元人民币；
5. 旅行社交纳质量保证金：经营境内和入境旅游业务的旅行社，质量保证金不少于20万元；每设立一个分社，应当向分社质量保证金账户存入5万元。

经营出境旅游业务的旅行社，质量保证金不少于140万元；每设立一个分社，应当向分社质量保证金账户存入35万元。经营边境旅游业务的旅行社，质量保证金不少于50万元；每设立一个分社，应当向分社质量保证金账户增存10万元。Related products：Travel agency business license
