下面附上广东省公安厅交通管理局发出的公告：莲塘（香园围）口岸粤港商务车指标申领工作已于2025年6月5日启动，为规范管理，方便群众，现就指标申领有关事项公告如下：one、网上提交材料信息必须真实有效，其中车辆登记信息必须与实际验车一致，否则不予办理验车手续。

two、网上申请审核通过后，申请人需按照短信告知的窗口办理时间到我局窗口提交材料，如有特殊原因，可以延后提交，最迟不超过30天；对超过30天不到窗口提交材料的，视为放弃办理，如再次申请，需重新提交材料，排队轮候审核。

three、对内地承办单位上一年度纳税总额超过200万元的境外商户，或者上一年度纳税总额超过500万元的内资企业申请指标的，免网上提交材料、免排队，可直接持有关材料到窗口申办，并优先审核、发放指标。对非投资类指标申请，优先审核，优先安排受理，免轮候排队。

1.
