1. 对投资类指标自申请获准之日起除车辆发生交通事故严重损毁、灭失等特殊情况外，3年内不得更换车辆，不得在同1年内更换备案主驾驶人和后备驾驶人。
2. 指标申请获准后广东省公-安厅交通管理局发放批文。批文有-效期为1年，到期后可申请延期，符合规定的予以延期，每次延期1年。
