Port communication来了！港珠澳大桥许可证发放，大桥车牌最新办理条件！据港信通-汉啃了解香港特区运输署25日宣布，将在港珠澳大桥启用初期采取临时特别交通安排，目的是保持大桥香港口岸、Traffic operations at the airport and Tung Chung are smooth，利便市民前往该区域。
根据大桥香港口岸的道路网设计，车辆可行经屯门至赤鱲角连接路或机场岛上的新建及现有道路（包括北大屿山公路）前往香港口岸。在大桥启用初期，由于屯门至赤鱲角南面连接路尚未启用，来往香港口岸及市区的跨境和本地交通必须取道机场岛上的道路。
at present，路政署正全力争取尽早完成屯门至赤鱲角南面连接路的主线，即连接往市区方向的北大屿公路部分，预计主线可于今年内完成。届时前往大桥香港口岸的车辆便无需取道机场岛上的道路，交通更为便捷。
为加强应对在大桥开通初期增加的车流，以及采取预防性措施降低交通事故对有关道路的影响，在征询相关政府部门及香港机场管理局等机构后，香港特区运输署将会采取临时特别交通安排，有序地让部分跨境及本地车辆使用个别连接道路。
据港信通-汉啃了解5月28日起，香港特区运输署将接受获发相关配额申请人士通过邮寄或投递箱提交的“许可证”申请，并将分阶段发出“封闭道路通行许可证”（“许可证”）。
Specifically，运输署在大桥启用前发出最多5000张“许可证”、启用三个月后额外发出最多3000张“许可证”、在屯门至赤鱲角南面连接路主线启用后，陆续发出其余的“许可证”给持有使用大桥的香港跨境私家车配额申请人，循序渐进地增加行经有关连接道路的粤港跨境私家车数量。
香港特区运输署指出，只有在屯门至赤鱲角南面连接路主线启用后，才容许目前持有配额使用其他口岸（即深圳湾、落马洲（皇岗）、文锦渡及沙头角口岸）的粤港两地牌跨境私家车，免手续使用大桥；前往香港口岸及香港机场进行大型工程的部分本地工程车，限于非繁忙时间使用机场及大屿山附近的连接道路；在有需要时，安排部分来往香港口岸的专营巴士改行预计车流量较低的连接道路；并与警方一起采取积极的交通管理措施疏导及指挥交通。
