Process
申请人向受理机关递交申请材料→受理机关审核材料（必要的进行现场核查）→发证或不予许可（予以核准的核发食品流通许可证，不予核准的出具驳回申请的书面决定）。申请材料不齐备或者不符合法定形式的，应当在收到材料后5个工作日内一次告知申请人需要补正的全部内容，待申请人补正材料后予以受理。
