办理营业执照时间一般是3~5天，需要提供公司名称、公司经营地址、Registered capital、股东身份证和U盾、经营范围等资料。拿到营业执照之后再去申请《道路运输许可证》，这个是经营陆路水路运输的公司必须办理的证件、只有营业执照并不能开展道路运输业务。
