进出口许可证办理指南

5. Foreign-funded enterprises must first change their business licenses and approval certificates；
6. 再提交经合法公证机构出具的资金信用证明文件（原件）。

two、进出口许可证办理的流程：

1. 先去工商局给营业执照做增项（经营范围须包含“货物进出口”或“技术进出口”业务）；
2. Then go to the Foreign Trade Section of the Bureau of Foreign Trade and Economic Cooperation to register.；
3. Local customs registration；
4. Go to the local foreign exchange bureau，Get a write-off number；
5. Provincial Customs and Financial Center IC card entry；
6. Provincial Technical Supervision Bureau online certification and seal；
7. Local industrial and commercial bureau、Taxation bureau online certification and stamp；
8. Provincial Customs and Financial Center opens card；
9. Online verification and seal by the local Foreign Trade and Economic Cooperation Bureau；
10. Approval and seal from local foreign exchange administration；
11. The materials are sent back to the local customs for review and approval.；
12. Customs IC card is opened for use；
13. The enterprise shall fax the customs registration form to the Municipal Foreign Trade and Economic Cooperation Bureau for future statistical management.。
