：A.国家级集团公司注册

Require

1. 企业集团的母公司注册资本在5000万元人民币以上，and have at least 5 subsidiaries；
2. 母公司和其子公司的注册资本总和在1亿元人民币以上；
3. 企业集团的母公司应登记为有限责任公司或股份有限公司；
4. All group members have legal personality；
5. 集团母公司必须是子公司的控股股东，母公司必须在子公司里有的控股权，起码要占51%的股份。

B.市级集团公司注册

：1.母公司注册资本

3000More than 10,000；

1. 旗下要有3家以上子公司；
2. 母公司持有子公司51%及以上股份；
3. 母子公司注册资本金加起来5000万以上；
4. All group members have legal personality。

three、企业集团及其成员名称的有关

Require

：

Four、集团公司注册所需材料：

1. Application for establishment registration signed by the chairman of the group company；
2. Proof that all shareholders designate representatives or jointly appoint agents；
3. Articles of Association、Group Articles of Association；
4. Capital verification certificate issued by a legally qualified capital verification agency or the "State-owned Assets Property Rights Registration Form" issued by the state-owned assets management department；
5. 股东的法人资格证明(企业法人需加盖发证机关印章)或者自然人身份证明；
6. Name company directors、supervisor、Manager's name、Documentation of residence and related delegation、Proof of election or employment；
7. Documents and identity certificate of the company’s legal representative；
8. Notice of preliminary approval of company name；
9. Proof of company residence，也就是租赁合同以及产权证复印件；
10. Agreement for member companies to join the group。

3. 领取《企业名称预先核准通知书》及相关材料，同时领取《集团设立登记申请书》等有关表格；
