据天眼查数据显示，在地址位于新疆伊犁且与霍尔果斯相关的企业中，有2298家企业状态已经显示为“注销”。霍尔果斯市内有847家公司状态显示为“注销”，其中773家公司成立时间不超过5年；仅7月以来，就有26家挂牌公司公告，注销霍尔果斯子公司。
据《伊犁日报》统计，6月至今至少上百家霍尔果斯影视公司进行注销。那么注销公司的流程是怎样的？注销公司的流程：工商局备案→登报→注销社保→国税局申请注销→地税局申请注销→工商局递交注销资料→银行注销→公安局销毁印章。
