会计明细账户入错，也会导致企业多缴税案例分析某家企业2025年订制了一批印有企业LOGO的手提包，共计129个，送给参加展会的客户，价值46800元，取得增值税专用发票，会计在入账的时候作为了“业务招待费”处理，导致增值税没进行正常抵扣，同时导致超过标准部分的业务招待费进行了纳税调增，造成多缴了企业所得税！

会计人员仅仅是明细科目的误列，将本来属于“业务宣传费”的项目错误的计入了“业务招待费”，竟然导致企业白白地缴纳了大量的“冤枉税”！

政策解析（1）《企业所得税法实施条例》第四十四条做了原则性规定：“企业发生的符合条件的广告费和业务宣传费支出，Except for the State Council’s financial、Unless otherwise specified by the tax authorities，不超过当年销售（营业）收入15％的部分，Deduction allowed；excess，Allow deductions to be carried forward to future tax years。

”

1. 财税〔2025〕41号第一条规定：Manufacture or sale of cosmetics、医药制造和饮料制造（不含酒类制造）企业发生的广告费和业务宣传费支出，不超过当年销售（营业）收入30%的部分，Deduction allowed；excess，Allow deductions to be carried forward to future tax years。本通知自2025年1月1日起至2025年12月31日止执行。
2. 根据新《企业所得税法实施条例》第43条，企业发生的与生产经营活动有关的业务招待费支出，按照发生额的60%扣除，但最高不得超过当年销售（营业）收入的5‰。
3. 根据《财政部国家税务总局关于全面推开营业税改征增值税试点的通知》(财税〔2025〕36号)文件附件一《营业税改征增值税试点实施办法》规定：“第二十七条下列项目的进项税额不得从销项税额中抵扣：(one)用于简易计税方法计税项目、VAT exempt items、集体福利或者个人消费的购进货物、加工修理修配劳务、Serve、无形资产和不动产。

其中涉及的固定资产、intangible assets、real estate，仅指专用于上述项目的固定资产、intangible assets(不包括其他权益性无形资产)、real estate。纳税人的交际应酬消费属于个人消费。(two)Purchased goods with abnormal loss，以及相关的加工修理修配劳务和交通运输服务。

(three)非正常损失的在产品、产成品所耗用的购进货物(不包括固定资产)、加工修理修配劳务和交通运输服务。(Four)非正常损失的不动产，以及该不动产所耗用的购进货物、设计服务和建筑服务(five)非正常损失的不动产在建工程所耗用的购进货物、设计服务和建筑服务。
