关于新注册的公司报税问题

two、首次报税

Things to note

：1.首先向税务局登记然后核定税种才能进行登报；公司报税分国税和地税，一般企业在注册之后的第二个月就要开会进行税务申报了，无论新开的公司有无开业或者盈利，都要按时并及时纳税申报，暂无开业的企业可以零申报，但不可以不报。

a.到国税报的税为：VAT、vehicle purchase tax、消费税等等；b.到税务局报的税为：urban land use tax、urban construction tax、resource tax、车辆使用税等等。

1. 注意税种核定时间公司的税种核定时间都是需要在工商局取得营业执照并且办理了税务登记证之后的一个月内到公司所在地的税务局申请税种核定，如果没有在规定时间内申请，那么税务局就会把新注册的公司拉入非正常户，还会有行政处罚！

three、新注册公司如何报税：

1. 做好实名制和购买证书，不然报税期登陆不了系统；
2. 有了证书账号和密码就要在报税期在报税页面填写实际发生的业务；
3. 有了成本和

1. 有了收入，国家现在有一个不超过3万一个季度不超9万免增值税，不是直接填0，而是减免；

Four、税种核定时所需材料：A.自己记账

1. Company business license；
2. 公司财务的人员上岗证；
3. 注册地址及生产经营地址证明。是自有房产要提交房产证明，是租赁场所要提交房屋租赁证明；
4. 有关合同、公司章程及协议书复印件；
5. 法定代表人身份证原件以及复印件
6. 购买发票的购买本已经银行贷款的税控协议。

B.找代理记账

1. Company business license；
2. Company seal；
3. 法人股东身份证件；
4. Bank account opening license；
5. Articles of Association；

1. 发票开出（需用到防伪税控机和防伪税控开票软件）；

4. 网上申报（到网上电子申报软件）；
5. 清零解锁，即清卡（需第四步显示扣款成功后，才可在网上抄报税软件里面执行清卡操作）。
