股份公司注册 在注册股份有限公司时，需要先了解以下两点：

1. 注册资本的低限额为500万人民币;

2. 募集设立的股份有限公司应提交国务院证券管理部门的批准文件;
3. 发起人签署的股东大会决议(请全体发起人亲笔签署;发起人为法人的，The official seal of the legal entity must be affixed)，募集设立的提交由会议主持人和出席会议的董事签字的创立大会会议记录;Board of Directors、Resolution of the Supervisory Board;
4. Articles of Association(请全体发起人亲笔签署;发起人为法人的，The official seal of the legal entity must be affixed);
5. Capital verification certificate issued by a legally established capital verification agency;
6. Proof of legal person qualification or proof of identity of natural person of the sponsor;
7. "Notice of Preliminary Approval of Enterprise Name";
8. "designation(entrust)Book";(应由董事会成员签署共同委托)
9. "Corporate Secretary"(Contact person)Registration Form》;(两份)
10. The business scope involves pre-licensed projects，Approval documents from the relevant approval department should be submitted;
