办理时需要给我们提供的材料以及条件成立条件及所需资料:

1. need:1个理事长，1个副理事长，3个理事，1个监事，1个秘书长，需要18岁至今的简历，且后一个工作单位盖该公司的人事专用章或人力资源部章。理事长和监事简历的后一个单位必须是北京的单位。need:4个专职人员，需要18岁至今的简历。
2. Certificate of Property、房租协议或无偿使用证明及住所证明（房产用途为商用或者办公)
3. The chairman is the legal person、捐赠人就是发起人（可以是多个）确认发起人是谁（可以是个人或单位）
4. 800万原始基金要在民政局指定帐户放10-20工作日不等
5. Chairman、秘书长不能是任何一家组织的法定代表人
6. 所有人员都不能是单位的任职人员或退休人员
7. 所有人员提供一寸照片及复印件2份设立基金会流程:
