one、到工商局更换企业营业执照 到工商局更换企业营业执照的需要带上以下资料，受理后10个工作日可领取新的营业执照：

1. 企业变更登记申请书(Stamped with company seal);

3. 公司变更登记审核表;
4. 公司法定代表人登记表(Stamped with company seal);
5. company director、supervisor、经理情况表(如法人担任执行董事或董事长时要填写)(Stamped with company seal);
6. Corporate business license、copy;
7. Shareholders meeting resolution(盖上公司公章);
8. 新法人身份证明(复印件盖上公司公章，带上原件核对);
9. 旧法人的免职证明及新法人的任职证明(盖上公司公章)。

two、到质监局更换组织机构代码证 带上以下资料到质监局办理，受理后5个工作日可领取新的组织机构代码证：

1. 原公司组织机构代码证正、copy;
2. 新法人的身份证明(Copy stamped with company seal、带上原件核对);
3. 新营业执照副本(Copy stamped with company seal、带上原件核对);
4. 代理人身份证(Copy stamped with company seal、带上原件核对);
5. 组织机构代码证申请书(Stamped with company seal)。

three、到国、地税局更换国、地税证 带上以下资料到国、Local Taxation Bureau，受理后5个工作日可领取新的国、地税证：

1. 旧国、地税税证正、copy;
2. Copy of business license(Copy stamped with company seal、带上原件核对);
3. Copy of organization code certificate(复印件加盖、official seal、带上原件核对);
4. 新法人身份证明(复印件盖上公司公章，带上原件核对);
5. country、地税税务变更申请表(Stamped with company seal);
6. 本年度全套会计报表，会计凭证及税局

Four、去银行办理开户许可证变更、预留印鉴变更 带上以下材料：
