对信用担保机构给予区内跨境电子商务企业的信用担保，按市中小企业信用担保机构风险补偿政策予以支持。支持银行金融机构与取得互联网支付业务许可的支付机构为跨境电子商务企业和个人跨境交易提供人民币结算服务。鼓励保险机构为跨境电子商务企业提供保险保障和风险管理服务。
