西停车场面向澳门居民，提供5,143个轻型汽车泊车位及摩托车泊车位，市民停泊车辆后，可经边检大楼出境。
西区一楼设有公共巴士站、重型客车落客区、轻型汽车及摩托车落客区、及跨境旅游巴士落客区，离澳市民/旅客于此处下车后进入边检大楼办理离境手续，再于东区地面的上落客区转乘至香港，或于边检大楼内步行前往珠海口岸。
