港珠澳大桥口岸粤Z港车牌申请资料办理流程

Applicants should provide the following materials：

1. "Application Form for Motor Vehicle Traffic and Driver Driving Business in Guangdong, Hong Kong and Macao"；
2. 经地级以上市（含顺德区）人民确认的《华侨华人、Confirmation Form for Donations from Hong Kong and Macao Compatriots"。

地级以上市（含顺德区）侨务部门须出具公函送省车辆管理所备案；

1. 捐赠人的身份证件；属港澳居民的，提供《港澳居民来往内地通行证》；属台湾居民的，提供《台湾居民来往大陆通行证》；Belonging to foreign citizens，提供外国公民《护照》并经省内公证处翻译的中文翻译本。
2. Motor vehicle registration documents；提供香港特别行政区《机动车登记文件》。

车辆所有人登记名称应与捐赠人名称不一致的，提供以下资料证明两者存在隶属关系（如在其投资的公司中任股东或董事）：投资公司为香港有限公司的，The "Annual Return Form" of the Companies Registry of the Hong Kong Special Administrative Region is required.；投资公司为香港无限公司的，It is necessary to provide the "Business Registration Application Form for Individuals Operating Business in Hong Kong" from the Business Registration Department of the Inland Revenue Department of the Hong Kong Special Administrative Region.；投资公司为澳门公司的，The "Business Registration Certificate" of the Macao Special Administrative Region is required.；投资公司为海外公司的，Overseas company equity relationship documents are required，and certified and translated by a Hong Kong law firm recognized by the Ministry of Justice。

3. Foreign-invested enterprises included in the national high-tech enterprise directory，Can apply for a license plate for one commercial vehicle entering and exiting the Mainland。

4. 5. Motor vehicle registration documents；Provide "Motor Vehicle Registration Document" from the Transport Department of the Hong Kong Special Administrative Region。
