据广东省公安厅方面介绍，2025年粤港双方商定，在港珠澳大桥开通前发放11000个港珠澳大桥口岸粤港商务车配额，开通2个月评估后视情再发放5500个配额；开通后3年内每年增加1320个配额。由于申请意愿强烈，目前入粤商务车配额已全部发放完毕。
