3. Domestic-funded enterprises：经广东省核准的规定类型的企业，在3年内累计达到100万纳税额的，可以申请1辆港珠澳大桥车牌办理配额；

企业若是符合以上三种情况中的任意一种，都可以先到指定的网站上先上传有关的申请材料，以外资申请为主，港珠澳大桥车牌申请办理材料如下：

1. 《外商投资企业设立（变更）回执》或《中华人民共和国台港澳侨投资企业批准证书》。
2. "Enterprise Legal Person Business License"；
3. Merchant registration documents。
