有澳门学者认为，相关建议对未来大桥通车后的交通问题可起纾缓作用，有利澳门博彩业发展。
建议合资合营发财巴PART/01澳博董事局主席苏树辉10日为旗下龙舟队举行下水礼时称，6家博企早前向澳门政府建议合资合营发财巴，由港珠澳大桥边检大楼，接载市民旅客到外港码头及北安码头，再分流接驳往不同酒店或娱乐场，望能化解大桥通车后带来的交通压力，而每家博企具体派出多少车辆，数目有待互相协调。
不再「有车冇客上，有客唔够车」澳门理工学院学士学位课程(博彩与娱乐管理专业)主任曾忠禄认为，根据现时澳门路面交通的使用情况，若6家博企能因应未来港珠澳大桥落成，合资合营发财巴，相信对博企或社会来说更有好处；可减少「有车冇客上，有客唔够车」的情况，搭乘发财巴的客人不再分散，载客量更集中。
由此可提升经济效益，他认为建议可降低各家博企发财巴单独营运的成本，并为澳门日益严重的交通、道路使用和塞车问题降压，又可间接减少车辆尾气排放，让小城更环保。
