- 注册资金满足100万。
- 符合证书用途范围的网站。 材料：
- Industrial and commercial business license。
- 工商局调档章程。
- 法人股东身份证扫描件。
- 三名员工连续三个月社保证明。
- 域名证书。
- 服务器托管合同。 具备了以上的条件以及基本材料，材料完成后登陆通信管理局官网进行材料提交。材料整理方面建议找一些专人进行负责整理，受理后60日予以批准下证。
