3. 国内旅行社，交纳20万元人民币。

质量保证金及其在旅游行政管理部门负责管理期间产生的利息，属于旅行社所有；旅游行政管理部门按照国家有关规定，可以从利息中提取一定比例的管理费。

(三）质量保证金的适用范围：

1. 旅行社违反旅游合同约定，侵害旅游者合法权益，经旅游行政管理部门查证属实的；
2. 旅行社因解散、破产或者其他原因造成旅游者预交旅游

损失的。请求质量保证金赔偿的实时效期限为90天，从赔偿请求人受侵害事实发生时计算。

1. 质量保证金不适用情形（1 ）旅行社因不可抗力因素不能履行合同的；
2. 旅游者在旅游期间发生人身、财物意外事故的；
3. 适用保证金情形之外的其他经济纠纷；
4. 超过规定的时效期限的；
