Port communication道路运输经营许可证，是单位、group、和个人有权利从事道路运输经营活动的证明，既从事物流和货运站场企业经营时必须取得的前置许可，物流公司根据经营范围的不同视当地政策情况办理道路运输经营许可证，有此证的公司方可有营运的车辆，是车辆上营运证的必要条件。
道路运输经营许可证是地方道路运输管理局颁发的证件，有效期为4年到期需换证。

Process
- Enterprises or individuals applying to engage in road transportation operations and related businesses;
- Apply，Fill out the application form，Submit administrative license application materials list;
- Submit materials;
- Application materials review、Summary，After the materials are approved, an "Administrative License Acceptance Notice" will be sent;
- Summary of application materials、Approval;
- 发放道路运输经营许可证.企业道路运输经营许可证需准备材料
- Copy of business license
- 企业法定代表人的身份证复印件
- Bank account opening license
- 有效期为1年以上(从申报之日算起)的停车场租借合同和停车场地土地使用权或产权证明材料及复印件
- 已购置运输车辆的，提供机动车辆行驶证、车辆检测合格证明复印件;拟购置运输车辆的承诺书，The commitment letter should include the number of vehicles、type、环保标准、Technical level、车轴数以及车辆外廓尺寸等内容;申请专用运输的，还须提供专用运输专用容器、facility、Equipment list;申请大型物件运输的，还须提供超重型车组名称、装载能力及配套附件清单;已(拟)购车辆为自卸车的，还须提供承运物品情况说明;承诺期限不得超过6个月
- 驾驶人员的身份证、Practicing Qualification Certificate、驾驶证及复印件相关产品：road transport
