而访澳市民/旅客到达口岸管理区办理入境手续后，可于西区地面层（上客区）选乘不同的交通工具进入澳门市区，除了可搭乘公共巴士、的士、轻型汽车及摩托车外，还设有旅行社、hotel、娱乐场、跨境旅游等客车上客区。
珠海口岸*堪比国际机场的珠海口岸港珠澳大桥珠海口岸拥有3个相互独立的停车场，共计18个车道，提供约2500个车位。分别是内部停车场、社会小车停车场、社会大车停车场。其中内部停车场主要供口岸内部办公车辆停放，拒绝外来社会车辆进出。
