如果放到中国，CRS影响到的是两类人第一种是有海外金融账户的中国税收居民，i.e. any financial assets owned outside China，Such as deposit、securities、Investment insurance products、investment fund、Trust, etc.，All may be regarded as local non-resident financial accounts and exchange information with the Chinese tax bureau.。

存款账户托管账户现金值保险合约年金合约持有金融机构的股权/债权权益CRS要交换的是金融资产，那么我的房产是不是就不会被查？是的，real estate、jewelry、字画等非金融资产则不需要交换，No need to exchange cash。如果在香港持有资产，CRS会对你产生哪些影响？实物资产就不用担心了，因为不需要申报。

但如果是金融资产就要当心了，比如你在香港买的保单、设立的银行账户（不管是存款账户或投资账户）。但是如果是保单也不用担心，因为中国和香港的法律，保险是不收税的，so，即使要申报，也不用担心要缴税，但是如果你是用香港账户在海外投资或经营，那么就要根据这些钱的来源看是否收税了。

到2025年底的时候，这些账户的主要信息就会被收集起来，到2025中，金融机构就会把这些信息呈报给香港税务局。然后在接下来的3个月内，香港税务局就会把这些信息呈报给中国的税务局。另外根据规定，个人账户金额低于100万美金，公司账户金额低于25万美金不会被交换。

我在海外有大量金融资产，那么我有没有办法规避CRS？有。

1. 最好的方法，把金融资产转变成实物资产，比如房地产，珠宝等
2. 暂时的方法，把资产转移到非CRS签约国，Such as the United States，这样就不需要申报，更不用交税，但是这就会导致你的资产只能里留在非签约国里，一旦转出，会立即被查出
3. 购买大额保单，保险不用交税，即使申报了，It doesn't matter
