申请人对所提交的文件、资料的真实性负责。

4. 经营成品油的需提交省级以上商务主管部门颁发的《成品油批发（或零售）经营批准证书》或批准文件（复印件）；经营运输工具用液化气加气站的需提交地级以上市交通或城市建设规划等主管部门建设批准文件（复印件）
5. 公安消防部门的消防验收合格文件（复印件）；
