(Nine)处理公司财产因为公司在清算中的清偿大部分都是金钱清偿，因此清算组有必要对公司的相应资产进行变价处理，转为货币形式。 (ten)编制资产负债表和财产清单在公司的债权清理完毕，债务登记清楚和财产变价处理完以后，清算组应当重新编制资产负债表和财产清单。
