7. 受理与自身有利害关系的业务的；
8. 分别接受利益冲突双方的委托，对同一评估对象进行评估的；
9. 出具有重大遗漏的公估报告的；
10. 未按规定的期限保存公估档案的；
11. 聘用或者指定不符合资产评估法规定的人员从事公估业务的；
12. 对本机构的公估从业人员疏于管理，造成不良后果的。
