审查过程根据审查需要，会请申请人反馈相关情况。审查决定后发出公告，办理结束。一般保险专业巩固机构经营保险公估业务许可审批，是于40个工作日内作出核准或者不予核准的书面决定。

保险公估集团公司设立申请、保险兼业巩固机构代理资格审批、外资保险公估公司设立审批则是于20个工作日内作出核准或者不予核准的书面决定。

Senior managers of insurance adjustment agencies refer to the following personnel：

1. General Manager of a corporate insurance adjuster、Deputy general manager or manager with the same authority；
2. Partners of a partnership insurance adjustment agency who perform partnership affairs or managers with the same authority；
3. The main person in charge of the insurance adjuster branch。

Proposed chairman of insurance adjustment agency、Executive directors and senior managers should meet the following conditions：

1. College degree or above；
2. Engaged in economic work for more than 2 years；
3. Have the business and management capabilities required to perform duties，Familiar with insurance laws、Administrative regulations and relevant provisions of the China Insurance Regulatory Commission；
4. Honesty and trustworthiness，good conduct；
5. Other conditions specified by the China Insurance Regulatory Commission。

Engaged in finance or valuation work for more than 10 years，It is not subject to the restriction of item (1) of the preceding paragraph.。

有公司法第一百四十六条规定的情形或者下列情形之一的，Not allowed to serve as chairman of the board of directors of an insurance adjustment agency、Executive Directors and Senior Management：

1. 3. Those who are prohibited from entering the financial industry within a certain period of time as decided by the financial regulatory agency，The period has not expired；
4. Asset appraisal agencies whose professional qualifications have been revoked due to illegal or disciplinary violations、Professionals from certification agencies and other institutions，Not more than 5 years have passed since the date of disqualification；
5. Received a warning or fine from a financial regulatory agency for less than 2 years；
6. Undergoing judicial authority、Investigation by the disciplinary inspection and supervision department or financial regulatory agency；
7. Other situations specified by the China Insurance Regulatory Commission。
