6. 持有人遗失《保险代理从业人员资格证书》的，应当向原发证机关申请补发。
7. 《保险代理从业人员资格证书》有效期为3年，自颁发之日起计算。持有人应当在有效期届满30日 前根据中国保监会的有关规定申请换发。
8. 所在地保监局可以根据当地实际情况组织实施考试。
