保安服务许可证最新办理政策和业务范围

Submit application materials：

1. 《保安服务公司设立申请表》。

退休或离职的国家公务员（辞去公职或者退休的，原系领导成员的公务员在离职三年内，其他公务员在离职两年内的不予受理）；

1. 治安保卫工作经验：县级以上人民政府确定的治安保卫重点单位从事治安保卫工作5年以上的保卫处、department、科长等内保干部，并提供在该单位5年以上社保部门打印的社保交费证明；
2. 保安管理工作经验：在依法设立的保安服务公司和保安培训学校中担任副总经理职务以上和保安培训学校任法定代表人的人员（保安公司部门的部长、队长工作经验不符合

），提供该保安服务公司的《保安服务许可证》《营业执照》复印件（复印件需要盖公章）,和在该公司5年以上社保部门打印的社保交费证明。

6. 提供保安服务所需的有关设施设备、交通工具等证明材料（附清单及照片）。
7. 具备电脑、Landline、办公桌（椅）、fax machine、打印机和交通工具（其中汽车不少于2辆）等办公设施设备等有效证明材料。
8. 拟从事安全技术防范报警运营服务的，办公场所应设置监控中心，配备不少于3辆的巡逻车辆；具有专业工程人员，提供报警运营服务所需的设施设备等有效证明材料，且公司组成人员不得少于5人。
9. 拟从事人力范围保安服务的，须具备车辆、通信设施、防卫器械等设施设备的有效证明材料。
