保安服务许可证申请是条件是什么

彭易Aaron说在深圳申请保安服务许可证需要符合哪些条件？符合下列条件：

1. 注册资本不少于1000万元人民币；
2. Wholly state-owned capital or state-owned capital accounts for more than 51% of the total registered capital；
3. 有符合《专职监护人员使用枪支管理条例》规定条件的监护人陪同；
4. 具有符合国家或者行业标准的专用运输车辆和通信报警设备。

取得安全服务许可证后6个月以上未办理工商登记的，取得的安全服务许可证无效。保安服务公司设立分支机构的，应当向分支机构所在地的市级人民政府公安机关备案。备案时需提供总公司保安服务许可证及营业执照，Legal representative of the head office，分公司负责人及保安员基本情况。
