Require

Proof of qualification；

1. Organization structure and security service management system、Job responsibility system、Security guard management system materials；
2. Notice of pre-approval of enterprise name issued by the industrial and commercial administration department。
3. 武装押运保安服务公司申请设立从事武装守护押运服务的保安服务公司，应当向所在地设区的市级人民政府公安机关提交申请书和能够证明其符合设立保安服务公司的申请材料，还应提交:
4. 1000万元以上注册资本的有效证明文件；
5. 出资属国有独资或者国有资本占注册资本总额51%以上的有效证明文件；
6. 符合《专职守护押运人员枪支使用管理条例》规定条件的守护押运人员的材料；
7. 符合国家或者行业标准的专用运输车辆以及通信、报警设备的材料；
8. 枪支安全管理制度和保管设施情况的材料。

另外保安服务公司申请增设武装守护押运业务的，无需再次提交证明其符合申请保安服务公司条件的材料。
