保安服务公司注册新政策和办理流程

保安公司注册条件：

1. 有不低于人民币100万元的注册资本；
2. The proposed legal representative and key management personnel of the security service company should have the professional knowledge and relevant business experience required for the position.，No criminal punishment、Reeducation through labor、收容教育强制隔离戒毒或者被开除公职、Dismissal from the military and other bad records；
3. Have professional and technical personnel suitable for the security services provided，其中法律、行政法规有资格

Require

的专业技术人员，应当取得相应的资格；

1. 有住所和提供保安服务所需的设施、装备；
2. Have a sound organizational structure and security service management system、Job responsibility system、Security guard management system。

申请设立保安服务公司，应当向所在地设区的市级人民政府公安机关提交申请书以及相关材料，受理的公安机关应当自收到申请材料之日起15日内进行审核，并将审核意见报所在地的省、autonomous region、直辖市人民政府公安机关。

省、autonomous region、直辖市人民政府公安机关应当自收到审核意见之日起15日内作出决定，对符合条件的，核发保安服务许可证；对不符合条件的，书面通知申请人并说明理由。

2. 拟任的保安服务公司法定代表人和总经理、副总经理等主要管理人员的有效身份证件、简历，保安师资格证书复印件，5年以上、公安、Safety、trial、Prosecution、司法行政或者治安保卫、保安经营管理工作经验证明，县级公安机关开具的无被刑事处罚、Reeducation through labor、C&E、强制隔离戒毒证明；
3. 拟设保安服务公司住所的所有权或者使用权的有效证明文件和提供保安服务所需的有关设备、交通工具等材料；
4. 专业技术人员名单和法律、行政法规有资格
