Application conditions

：　　①一类地区（广州、Shenzhen、Zhuhai、foshan、dongguan、Zhongshan、Jiangmen、Shunde) applies to establish an auction enterprise，The registered capital must reach more than 12 million yuan；Class II area (Shantou、Huizhou、Yangjiang、Zhanjiang、Maoming、Zhaoqing、Qingyuan) applies to establish an auction enterprise，The registered capital must reach more than 10 million yuan；Category III areas (Shaoguan、Heyuan、Meizhou、Shanwei、Chaozhou、Jieyang、Yunfu) applies to establish an auction enterprise，The registered capital must reach more than 8 million yuan。

Enterprises operating cultural relics auctions，Handle according to regulations of relevant departments； 　　②有自己的名称、Organizational structure and charter； 　　③有固定的办公场所（建筑面积不少于200平方米，The area with the province’s public resource auction center shall be no less than 150 square meters)； 　　④有2名以上拍卖师；3名以上取得拍卖从业资格并有与主营业务密切联系的行业（如房地产评估、Used car appraisal、Asset appraisal、Property brokerage, etc.) full-time or part-time personnel with professional qualifications；

3. business license
4. Auction business rules that comply with the Auction Law and relevant laws and regulations
5. Capital verification report issued by an accounting firm (original) and registered capital bank invoice (copy)
6. Proof of ownership of a fixed office space or a lease contract with a lease term of more than 1 year and proof of owner’s property rights
7. Proposed auctioneer，"Auctioneer's Practice Registration Record" approved and filed by the China Auction Industry Association
8. Auction Practitioner Qualification Certificate
9. Resumes of proposed legal representatives and natural person shareholders、Valid proof of identity，Original and copy of business license of corporate shareholders
