- 实际的办公地址是一定需要的
- 注册资金要实缴800万
- 人员安排：1个理事长，1个副理事，3个理事，1个监事，1个秘书
- 另外还需要4个专职人员，及他们的简历设立基金会应满足如下条件：
- 为特定的公益目的而设立；
- 原始基金200万元人民币，（目前其他地方已经升到八百万）
- 有规范的名称、Charter、组织机构以及与其开展活动相适应的专职工作人员；
- 有固定的住所；
- 能够独立承担民事责任。

：
- 现场约谈
- 核名（深圳XXX公益基金会或深圳XXX慈善基金会），深圳必须放前面，名字不能超过4个字。
- 业务主管单位审批
- 提交可行性研究报告（报告主要体现：即将成立的基金会组织架构、基金会的原始基金来源、办理基金会的缘由和目的、基金会经营范围和宗旨、未来发展方向和趋势、两个以上的公益慈善项目）
- 网上提交初审材料
- 网上通过后，取得民政局红头文件和临时账户入资单
- 开临时账户、入资、取得验资报告（名字下来后10个工作日内必须入资）
- 现场提交成立材料并等待民政审核
- 公示信息 基金会的目的是支持慈善公益事业，但这并不意味着你愿意支持公益，有钱就可以办理，深圳目前一共300余家基金会，每个月民政局只有1个审批名额，而且办理一家基金会也有诸多
