近段时间广电总局为促进广播电视节目制作经营行业健康繁荣有序发展，根据《广播电视管理条例》和《广播电视节目制作经营管理规定》等的有关规定，总局决定组织开展全国《广播电视节目制作经营许可证》和《电视剧制作许可证（甲种）》统一换发工作，对广播电视节目制作经营许可证的管理变得更为严格。

Application conditions

:

1. The operator is a company established according to law。
2. 注册资本最低限额为省内业务300万元人民币
3. Key management personnel(不少于3名)Radio, television and related professional resumes、Materials such as proof of performance or participation in relevant professional training;
4. Have necessary office space、office facilities。
5. The company and its main investors and main operating and management personnel have no illegal records of violating the telecommunications supervision and management system within three years.。
6. Have the reputation or ability to provide long-term services to users。
7. Have necessary technical solutions、Information security measures and proposed business development plans;广播电视节目制作经营许可证所需材料：

9. 三个以上广播电视相关专业管理人员身份证、学历证扫描件及简历（我方可提供）；
10. Scanned copy of business license；
11. Articles of Association；

：资质全名：广播电视节目制作经营许可证审批机构：省级广播影视局广播电影电视总局审核时间：20-40工作日年检

Require

：每年1-3月有效期限：2年广播电视节目制作经营许可证业务应用：设立广播电视节目制作经营机构或从事广播电视节目制作经营活动应当取得《广播电视节目制作经营许可证》。
